Taking place in April, the awards are incredibly inclusive giving companies of all sizes the chance to be celebrated.
At this year’s star-studded ceremony, which sees the great and the good of the business community come together, Janine Edwards Wealth Management will be sponsoring the night’s main award.
The ‘Company of the Year’ award is presented to a business that has stood out throughout the year and has stood out beyond all others.
It is the award that everyone looks forward to and is the culmination of the award ceremony. As sponsors of the ‘Company of the Year’ award, it is down to the firm to decide on the three shortlisted finalists and eventual winner.
The company is headed up by Janine Edwards and she explained why they made the decision to sponsor this particular award.
“Competition is going to be stiff as the area has more than its fair share of excellent businesses that show innovation, flair and imagination,” she said.
“It is companies like these that light the path for so many others, showing us all what is possible, and it is only right that they enjoy all the recognition they can get.”
With the judging process underway Janine was quick to point out what they will be looking for from the winners of this award.
“The judges will be looking for a company who have developed a strong business presence with proof of certain accomplishments such as strong market share, economic turn around and innovative approach. All of these elements are crucial to a successful business, and we are looking forward to seeing those who are nominated,” she said.
“Receiving recognition and congratulating our peers for their hard work and outstanding achievement is integral to the business community in Leicestershire. Not only will the Awards throw a spotlight on the many and varied business achievements we see in Leicestershire and the surrounding areas but, as a great opportunity to forge new relationships and exchange ideas, they will also help bind together our local business community.”
